File Preparation

We accept documents, images, audio and video. Upload the file that will be translated.
If you have paper document (hard copy),
  • Scan the document(s) using a scanner. 
  • Save the scanned copy in any of the below mentioned formats. 
  • Use low resolution and less dpi during scan to keep the file size small.

  • Fax your document(s) to 1-212-661-8916
For multiple file attachment, make one .zip / .tar / .rar file that includes all files, and upload.
Maximum File Size Allowed: 5 MB. For larger than 5MB file, put the file in another server. Provide us the file link. You may use some popular free file upload service like www.mediafire.com , www.rapidshare.com, www.megashare.com etc.

If your file is not of any of the formats above, let us know. We may help. 
 

Order Processing & Tracking

After submitting your quote with your project details you will receive a reply from us withing 24 hours. We will send you and invoice with payment amount for your project from PayPal. If you agree with our prices, you can follow the pay button and securely make your payment.

We will be notified from PayPal as soon as you pay for the service. We will start working on your project from that time instance. For any update on your project simply contact us.

Shipping

Since all products are electronic files, we will send the files to your email address in due time. 

Payment

A pay link will be provided in the invoice you receive at your email. We accept all major Credit Cards and you can place order from any country in the world as long you use a valid Credit Card. Our payment processor is currently PayPal.com, which is a major payment processing company worldwide.

Your information is completely safe and secure. In fact, we never get your payment related information like credit card number etc. from our payment processor, it is kept confidential.
